1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of products, content, and services offered by Divine Deals through https://divinedeals.io (the "Site"). In these Terms, "Divine Deals," "we," "us," and "our" mean Divine Deals.
By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.
2. Our Products
Divine Deals sells educational digital products relating to pay-per-lead businesses, advertising, media buying, agency operations, sales, and related topics. Products may include the PPL Vault / Miro Board, templates, frameworks, contract templates, standard operating procedures, spreadsheets, guides, and optional order-bump products (collectively, "Products").
Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, business, or platform-compliance advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase or use our Products. By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Delivery
Prices are displayed at checkout in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any optional order bumps you select.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment-card details.
After successful payment, Product-delivery instructions or access information will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking your inbox, spam, and promotions folders.
5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The main PPL Vault / Miro Board product includes a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. We will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the main product.
As stated on the sales page, you may retain access to the PPL Vault / Miro Board after an eligible refund is issued.
This guarantee applies only to the main PPL Vault / Miro Board product. Optional order-bump products, including the Pay-Per-Lead Verticals guide and the Meta Ads Google Sheet Tracker, are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Intellectual Property and Licence
All Products and Site content—including the PPL Vault / Miro Board, templates, contracts, scripts, dashboards, graphics, videos, text, frameworks, and materials—are owned by Divine Deals or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own internal business and educational purposes.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, share, or make Product content available to others;
- Share access links, login details, files, boards, templates, or materials with third parties;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- Use Product materials to create or sell a competing product, course, template pack, or service; or
- Claim that our materials were created by you.
7. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your business decisions, advertising activities, client relationships, contracts, regulatory compliance, and use of third-party platforms.
You must comply with all applicable laws, advertising rules, privacy obligations, consumer-protection laws, and third-party platform terms. We do not authorize or encourage conduct that violates the policies of Meta, Google, TikTok, Stripe, Miro, or any other platform.
Any third-party contacts, tools, vendors, or resources referenced in a Product are provided for informational purposes only. We do not control them, do not guarantee their services, and are not responsible for your dealings with them.
8. SMS Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Divine Deals, you agree that we may send you recurring SMS messages, including purchase or access updates, customer-support messages, product announcements, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Product. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. For help, reply HELP or email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. No Earnings or Results Guarantee
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, skills, effort, time commitment, offer, budget, market conditions, client relationships, and compliance practices. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will obtain clients, generate leads, earn revenue, recover advertising spend, or achieve any particular business outcome.

10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site or Products may refer to third-party websites, platforms, software, or service providers. Those third parties are independent of Divine Deals and have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Site or Products to engage in illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, or rights-infringing conduct. You may not interfere with Site security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, submit false information, or use the Products in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee that the Site or Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for your needs, or free from harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Deals and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or advertising spend arising from or related to your use of the Site or Products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Divine Deals and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or Products, your business activities, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Products if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, share protected materials, or use the Products unlawfully. Termination for cause does not create a right to a refund.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Products after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
